Situated in the centre of the very popular centre district of Merchant City in Bell Street Pancho Villa's has proved very popular with office workers and locals since opening in 1997.

At Pancho Villa, we pride ourselves on creating fresh, authentic Mexican dishes with a modern twist. In Mexico, food preparation can take all day, so to be a chef at Pancho Villa is no 'paseo in the parque' -our chefs are in at the crack of dawn, mashing avocados for guacamole, chopping chillies - we use over twelve different chillies in our dishes - and squeezing loads of fresh Mexican limes for making Margaritas.*
